Job: Nigeria, Britain partner to combat unemployment

An ex-convict, Abel Opayemi, was on Friday condemned to a half year detainment without a choice of fine for stealing jean trouser worth N3,000.
The 24-year-old person, who showed up before an Osun State Magistrates court sitting in Modakeke, Osun State, on Friday, was discovered liable of the two counts charge on burglary brought against him.
Tending to the court, the police examiner, Ona Glory, clarified that Opayemi committed the offense on June 25, 2019, at Boosa territory of Modakeke.

The examiner said that the offense negated areas 383, 390 (9) and 411 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun, 2002.

In her judgment, Magistrate Abimbola Famuyidesaid the court watched the way that Opayemi'sdemeanor demonstrated that he was not prepared to halt from his taking propensity.
She said his past criminal record affirmed that he was imprisoned for a year and a half for stealing a motorcycle in 2017.
